- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseFast shipping, well packaged, received as described, good value, very happy with the transaction, will buy again.Follow-up from: *****- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer. Was initially happy with the stamps until I discovered that some had been tampered with. Using ultraviolet light, I found that multiple stamps in this set had been manipulated. I purchased 6 sets of the CAC Tuo Pu certified stamps, 4 out of the 6 sets show signs of stamp manipulation and fraud, such as counterfeit restoration, postal mark removal, back alteration, and more. Be extremely cautious with CAC 'certified' stamps, as the rating company has a bad reputation among Chinese philatelists.
