But it was packaged properly, and I was promptly refunded when I notified the seller. So even though I didn't get the plant I wanted, I was made whole. When the plant arrived, the package was almost broken, the soil was spilled everywhere in the box, definitely not well packaged. The plant is very tiny, not bigger than my thrum, and very less and tiny rare root, without any soil. And I contacted the seller immediately, she thought the plant was ok, she paid more postage for this transition.
