Was very gracious with his time in responding to several questions and did so immediately. My fountain pens were packed like tanks. It was awesome. He wrapped the pens in packing and then put them in small PVC tubes. Shipped them out next day. He is everything you want in a seller. Trustworthy, friendly, items were authentic in excellent condition. Wish more were like him.
