My only complaint is the straps used to secure the brace at the thumb area. They flop around because the velcro strip behind the thumb is not long enough to secure the straps. I used a small safety pin to fix this problem. Great brace for the price - A+ seller!

Sellers policy buyer has to pay shipping for sellers mistake. I would gladly send back. They should pay return fee. Ebay says my money will be returned minus shipping return label. $6.25 and item is like $13. And change. Seller even sent my items 10 days later.
