    I purchased a brown John Hardy medium box. It was nicely packaged in a box however the actual jewelry box was broken and ripped /torn when I contacted the seller via email through EBay and it stated the seller was not accepting messages. There was no way to contact them otherwise. It was obviously packaged broken. I paid in value for a new unbroken box not torn.
