    Its an aftermarket part that needs polarization film on it.

    After replacing the LCD display I noticed that you could not see it with polarized sunglasses. I had to purchase linear polarization film with an adhesive side and adhere to the LCD in order to see it with polar ized sun glasses. There is a company however that does sell the LCD display with the polarization already on it but I would ask before purchasing. And it cost about the same having the polarization film already on it.

    Perfect fit for MB G55. AMG

    I had this LCD DISPLAY fitted for my MB G55 AMG after the original one became dark and unreadable during hot day hours. I tell you this unit is bright in the hottest of days. I feel as if I drive now a new car

    Great display

    Ordered this for my 2004 C320 and do not regret it at all. By the middle of the morning my display was shot. This is a great quality part that made a huge difference in the car. I can now see the screen no matter how hot it is outside now. Replacement took a whopping 15 minutes. If you're thinning about replacing your w203 display, this is the best part for the job. You won't regret the purchase.

    Works Great!

    Excellent quality replacement display. Very bright even in hot temperatures. Great repair option especially since Merc Benz wants to sell you a whole new instrument cluster to fix the problem of a dim display.

    It works.

    It works however, the left edge, about 1/2 inch of the display is darker. I just hope that it will not affect the longevity of the display. Something isn't just wright with the display.
