They tend to stop working after a year of regular use. but if you have joint problems they are very useful and worth it. If it stops working and is difficult to make the arrow move, take out the track ball and clean the inside with a Q-tip dipped in alcohol. Hard to remove and hard to put back in correctly. but will extend the life. Overall satisfied.

Well double-clicking or highlighting text was a major source of frustration. This device quickly solves that problem. The instructions with it were pretty sparse. There is a button that toggles between the different bluetooth control protocols. But overall everything else is intuitive.
