    Pretty good

    Dhs did not come with any instructions whatsoever, so I had to figure this out on my own. I microwaved a cup of water and help the mouth tray in it for a few seconds and then testing to make sure it wasn’t too hot, put one in my mouth and lightly bit down and sucked in a bit. And presto! They molded right to my teeth perfectly. Sadly I didn’t know it would be so easy and held the first tray in the water too long and it was way way to melted! I actually had to throw it away, by another set and try again. But now they work great. They were really thick and didn’t mold very well as they came but after holding them in the hot water and molding them to my mouth they fit perfect! I only gave them four stars because it didn’t come with any instructions whatsoever :-(
