This is a gel tape and it is not suitable for mounting accessories, such as wheel flares, to vehicles. I attempted to use it for that and it did not work. I wound up throwing it in the trash and buying the right stuff locally. This tape probably has an intended use for which it is quite suitable, but it did not work for the purpose I had intended.
