    Overall okay experience. Seller shipped quickly. However the pictures were more or less accurate to the state of the shoes. As soon as I tried them on, both insoles start peeling. I gave them to my local cobbler but overall I think these heels were very expensive for how used they were. Additionally upon opening the package there was lots of dog or cat hair. I also own cats so I understand their fur can go everywhere but still there were hair balls that could have been removed before shipping.
