Its just a shame that the seller chose to use yodel to deliver who's driver was extremely rude after just leaving battery outside main entrance of flats & in full view of the main road & in pouring rain. Seller responded quickly and sent another. It too was separated. Don't think I'm going to attempt to charge and use a damaged Lithium battery in light of all the reported fires. Seller was communicative and quick to fix the situation so can't fault them there. Either the product and or the packing was poor.
