So smooth to move around it's comfortable and even has massagers in it. Top quality great price and better then the one I had before i brought this luxury office chair. The instructions were not clear, and as a result I placed the T bar holding the back the wrong way and was unable to extricate it. The screws threaded easily and made their removal impossible. The arms are loose and the chair is basically very uncomfortable. To their credit, they did offer my money back, but the trouble of finding a new box( the one it came in was dumped) and arranging mail was just not worth it. I'll be sticking it on the next garage sale !

This part is on me I inserted the Doona the wrong way which made me think the cover was the wrong size wrote to the seller, a reply was prompt took pictures with measurements and found my mistake all because the Doona had the label on the side which you normally find at the bottom. Also comes nicely presented with ribbon, etc if you were buying it as a gift. Recommend both product and seller.
