    Ordered 3.4 oz bottle of Clinique Happy fragrance on 8/11/22. Did not get my order...at all. What I finally rec d on 8/29/22 was a small envelope post marked 8/12/22 containing on unboxed, unsealed tube of lipstick...and thats it! No perfume. I was charged $44 for a tube of lipstick I didn t order. Sent message to Seller immediately yestderday....no response. Not happy.

    Unfortunately, the product was old/rancid and could not be used. The label on the back was not the same as my product from Estee Lauder themselves and smelled completely different. I emailed the seller back and forth about the issue, but they were unwilling to help at all. I don't think they intentionally sold a bad product, but that is what I received.
