    HuaGao MRF422 - Will work in Kenwood TS930S with circuit adjustment

    Excellent replacement MRF422 RF Power transistor - only caveat is these matched pair are mid to high gain so you need to figure out if your project requires lower gain transistors and make the appropriate circuit adjustments if needed - each project has specific designs so design considerations are needed. Overall a well made RF power transistor.
