Costumer service was quick and helpful when I asked about my package coming later than it said. They explained that there is usually a week or so delay for delivery with these phones that they can't control. So just be aware of that when you buy one. Other than that, everything works fine, came well packaged with what you'd expect. All in all a good experience, loving this phone.
