I combined it with vitamin C serum to tackle a spot of Basal Cell Carcinoma on my face. It has a slight burning sensation, but only where the cancer cells are located. The hole that the dermatologist cut out has healed quickly with this stuff, and the surrounding, hardened skin has been flaking off, little by little. I also applied it to a couple moles which caused them to shrink drastically overnight.
