However I was shipped a US model with a US plug- it’s illegal to sell electronics without a UK adapter. The seller refused to help and told me to return but has not provided a label or sent the postage cost to return it to China as promised. The cost to return is £126.00 so I’m not sure how to get this resolved. They have my money and I have an unusable item.
