Did not disclose that set was pitted from rust or that the were not high speed steel. The HSS was not important to my purchase, but the pitting would have been and I would have b8d far less. This seller needs to write better, more accurate descriptions. No seller contact. I may not purchase from him again unless he is more descriptive of the conditions of the tools. As with all my items, I would have taken them back for a refund without hesitation. I provided good pictures, and the rust you described is clearly visible in those pictures. The listing plainly said they are older used tools. They aren't collector's items- they are tools meant to be used and the light rust on them does not impact that in any way.
