I had to re-tap the holes before I could get the 8M socket head bolts in. It wasn't the powder coating that made the holes undersize. I removed aluminum with the tap. Removing metal in a tapped hole means the tapped hole is undersize. I am a retired machinist and have drilled and tapped many holes. Great product otherwise.
