I unpacked it and started to set it up when the straps kept breaking and tearing. I have reached out to the company multiple times for some sort of reimbursement but they will not get back with me. The day I opened it and tried setting it up was the day I first made contact with the company. I would not purchase again. The communication is horrible and the tent is basically plastic and pulls apart and tears so easily. I was done wrong.
