    Product arrived promptly. I should have been told that QuickTime software works fine with this product. Instead, I struggled for several hours to set up the suggested software which was far in excess of what I needed. This involved exchanging multiple emails with the supplier and was frustrating.

    Quicktime only works with latest Sonoma MacOS, not earlier MacOS versions where you use OBS Studio to capture instead - reply posted for the benefit of anyone else reading this.
