    The pearls were delivered with the package broken opened. It looked like the package had been stepped on. It was dirty with a dirty foot print actually on the paper package. When I picked up the package loose pearls tumbled onto the ground. The pearls were completely broken and the clasp was in pieces. What is my recourse?
