    Difficult to set-up, product is fine.

    Product is as represented. However, you must be able to pair two different "models" to your phone is order for L and R to work together. This is not easy! And, consistent connectivity for both is challenging.

    SM-R175NZWAXAR not like new one.

    Battery in unit is not up to par. It does charge the buds when plugged in but it is as if the battery is dead and does not recharge them at all when not plugged in. It was primarily to replace lost one, better than throwing the buds out.
