Item shipping insulation was almost non-existent (photos available). Seller intentionally shipped product with wrong weight, forcing buyer to pay postage due (again, photos available). Horrid communication and failure to provide buyer rating, although buyer paid promptly. Item was new in box and was untouched from orignal Seller (Amazon).
