    The item was as described. The shipping was slow, the packaging was crazy. The entire thing was falling apart when it arrived. Tons of non-sticking tape all over the place. There was no cushioning inside to prevent damage in transit, so we just got very lucky here! There was zero communication. This person doesn't seem to have any respect for the items they are selling. Won't buy from again.

    I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the transaction. My handling time on items is 7 business days and your item was shipped out within 5 days of purchase. As I did with yours, I try to always send out items early. As for the packaging, it sounds as though the USPS added tape to the package. I do add extra insurance to all handbag purchases, at no extra expense to the customer. Again, my apologies but I do care greatly that the items arrive safely and customers are happy.
