Removed the bottom cover, swapped in my SSD from my dead T460 and the 8GB of RAM from it and now I have upgraded from core i5 to i7, 16 GB and all my programs run just like they did before. They also put a new textured cover over the top cover to give it a better appearance and I got the 9-cell battery which are bonuses that were never even in the ad. A+++
