    I struggled to find a good quality mat with sufficient cushioning to avoid elbow and wrist issues because this was to be used on top of tile and concrete. The GoSports mat looked like the best option without spending $700-800. It arrived in a timely fashion - I live in Mexico, so eBay shipping is a huge plus. After a couple of sessions, I felt I needed more cushion, so I just bought a couple of yoga mats to put underneath - voila! problem solved. Good quality product, delivered quickly.

    Good mat, expensive

    Be aware that I Have not yet used the mat, making this review somewhat premature. It arrived on time, was well packaged and appears very well constructed. A little pricey.
