It wasn.t, and they charge way over the import rate and add their own handling fee. Plain robbery.

The mounting bracket clearance is too narrow to clear the frame mounts and the mounting holes don't align properly. Can't knock the quality of the actual build but it's not built for 2014 softail breakout.
