    Absolutely terrible seller. Shipped a $500 poster in a flimsy tube. Poster sustained bad damage. Seller refused to process the return, resulting in me needing to go through eBay. Tried to tell me to file an insurance claim.

    If your package is damaged you are supposed to refuse delivery and or return it to post office to be sent back. The item had insurance covering entire cost and if shipped back before filing claim, the insurance is voided. Buyer was beyond unprofessional and threatened us before trying to resolve any matter.
