Then I hooked up my shop vac to the sander. When you hook up the sander to a shop vac where there is a much stronger vacuum, the sander performs like a champ. No dust whatsoever!

No issues with the product itself, other than the typical "Chinese mini-ex" fixes; choke cable misaligned, loose muffler, bad engine oil, etc. Delivered undamaged and decently packaged. The seller is hard to get a hold of because they are on Hong Kong time, so responses are delayed. Also note "free delivery" does NOT include unloading from the delivery truck, which they do offer for a steep $600 extra, so buyer beware.

The packaging crate was very well made, 1/2 inch to 1 inch plywood with laminated 2x4s and 4x4s, with minimal damage to the crate and no damage to the machine. Great value.
