      This Seller should be kicked off EBay! I quit using EBay years ago because of the BS like this from unregulated sellers. He advertised having 4 items that I needed. He shipped 1 with a note stating he would ship when in stock. He took my money for the 4 items though. Isn’t that theft ? He knew he was out of stock. I needed my items in a timely manner. I guess that doesn’t matter though. eBay fails again!

      We ship backorders as soon as they come in. Nobody has complained about, except you. The only reason you bought the item was because your supplier was out of stock. Ebay does not need bad buyers like you. You became a j*e*r*k in messaging me and boasted that you have 10 restaurants which I guess gives you a sense of entitlement in your mind
