The people at five star music were good to deal with apart from the fact that theydidnt think to check the guitar being delivered was the one I had ordered. Hence I didn't receive the what I wanted. The staff however offered me a refund if I wanted to return it at my expense. They told me that the warehouse often get that model supplied in the different colour .
