They were very grateful. From Opening a can of beans, filleting a fish or using the tweezers to remove a splinter. This is the handiest thing you can have in your pocket besides a fat wad of $100 bills. Lol.

Within an hour or so, he sent an email apologizing and issuing a full refund. He said I did not need to return the knife. Excellent customer service.
