There are two things that I would improve: 1) The sellers are from Turkey, but the listing shows that the item would ship from "Yalova, United States". It's misleading to say these are from the US when they are not. And 2) The seller did not update the shipping status to show the grip had shipped, so it showed up unexpectedly.
