    allows hand free operation of camera

    Strap comes w/o instructions and is somewhat awkward to put on. Unfortunately my activeon camera also came w/o instructions but with numerous clips that are anyone's guess as how to mount. I finally found a way using 2 of these clips to secure camera to strap. I wish that, instead of numerous videos from activeon about the many ways one could use the camera, there would be a demonstration on how specifically camera can be mounted to chest strap, bike, etc.

    Tricky to set up

    The strap mount shipped with no instructions. It won't hold just the camera, you have to use the waterproof camera cover, which I do'nt prefer. The mount on the camera cover was very hard to get off, to attach to the strap mount. Perhaps that is a problem with the camera and cover, but both are the same company. The strap is tricky to fasten, has a clip in back which I really can't reach or feel behind the small of my back, had to have someone help me. Once I got it on it worked ok, but . . .
