Seller communicated well but did not have a lot of the items presented in the website in hand as advertised. I offered the buyer partial refund if she wanted to keep the dress and convert the zipper to a lace-up but she insisted on me sending a replacement dress that I did not have listed on ebay. She wanted dresses from my personal business website that were not available in her size/color. I simply advised her to return the dress thru ebay returns.
