The saw was double boxed and plenty of padding but the transport company must have parked the truck on top of it to ensure not to get stolen at night or something. I sent an email and had a positive response within an hour getting the issue resolved. I have 11 Pro Stihl saws that I cut firewood with for gas stations and campgrounds with but needed a saw for a large blowdown.
