    I’d recommend this larger size pillow for neck and back pain. I tried the smaller version that’s $28 but it was too thin for my shoulders and I gave it to my husband who likes a flat pillow. May take a few weeks to adjust to the new ergonomic shape, hang in there! You’ll get used to it. Side sleepers there’s a nice crave-out for your shoulder and arm.

    This pillow has solved many years of waking up with neck pain due to incorrect pillow support. Love this new pillow. Pros: two in one Hight choices Properly supports head Keeps neck properly aligned while sleeping No more neck pain when I wake up, highly recommend. Very comfortable, easy to use and fall asleep with. Cons: None, works a designed.
