I used a sim that uses Verizon cell towers. Didn't work. I contacted them asking if I could return, since it's basically good as new, besides me testing it. I had all the boxes and little accessories still. They just told me to get a new sim card, didn't even answer about my request for at least a partial refund. I worked hard for that $

Costumer service was quick and helpful when I asked about my package coming later than it said. They explained that there is usually a week or so delay for delivery with these phones that they can't control. So just be aware of that when you buy one. Other than that, everything works fine, came well packaged with what you'd expect. All in all a good experience, loving this phone.
