    The item was as described but the experience receiving the product was a nightmare! I ordered this on November 27th and received it December 14th with the package ripped open and the ceramic bank I ordered for my granddaughter was broken. I contacted FedEx numerous times because tracking said it was going to be delivered soon. FedEx customer service “ didn’t have the item in their system “ and couldn’t tell me where the item was. I’m not sure what the problem was, but it was a nightmare.
