    Seller didn’t ship the item. Initially they communicated that they need to get the fur coat from storage then stopped responding. I requested to cancel the transaction but they declined. After waiting for 29 days I had to file a case with eBay as item was marked as shipped but no tracking number was provided and it didn’t arrive in a reasonable amount of time and that’s finally when I got my refund.
