    DA are the best bottom brackets aside from Chris King or Ceramic Speed. And 1/10th the price

    Best of the basics

    While this BB will never be as smooth as a ceramic, nor is it serviceable like a Chris King, it is not priced like those either. I usually replace whenever i replace the cassette, so about every 4k-5k road miles. Coming up on 40k miles on this frame, 8th or 9th Dura Ace BB (7800, 9000 and 9100) i have never had an issue or one fail prematurely.
