    At first, the product was damaged during transport (definitely NOT the seller's fault, they packaged it very well, but mail services are a gamble), so naturally, I contacted them, and they offered to fix it, which they did while providing updates regarding the final repair and shipping containment to prevent a repeat in damage during transport.
