After removing paint with lacquer thinner, a large dent, and bulge of metal was noticed. An attempt to polish out this defect was made. Too much metal would have to be removed, from both sides of cutting edge to render a useable tool. THIS TOOL IS DEFECTIVE, AS DELIVERED. Kindly advise as to your refund and return policy.
