    Accurate , Reliable, Durable

    This is a Taylor, the most recognised and reliable brand of refrigerator thermometers. To make sure our Taylor thermometer reading is precise, we bought two thermometers for each refrigerator. We are storing expensive caviar. To get the precise reading, we add both numbers and divide by two. (The middle of both readings) Both readings are only within one to two degrees of each other. We trust and rely upon our Taylor thermometers. +a great buy

    A bit of a disappointment.

    I bought two of these refrigerator/freezer thermometers and compared their readings to my Fluke meter and they both were 4 and 5 degrees off. If you want a ball park reading their OK. Since you can not re-calibrate them in the field I am giving them 3 stars.

    Old school quality freezer thermometer.

    Nice big, easy to read thermometer. Glass not plastic, great quality, good colors. A pleasure after other junk thermometer. If you are wanting a freezer thermometer to protect your food investment, this is it.

    "Taylor Thermometer is very accurate"

    The temperature reading on the refrigerator door was giving me a false reading (frozen milk, frozen yogurt, frozen everything!). I bought the Taylor Thermometer to see how incorrect the reading was.......and to my astonishment the reading on the refrigerator door was off by ten degrees. I called a repairman and he determined the thermostat was no longer good. He replaced the thermostat and thanks to the Taylor Thermometer the problem was resolved quickly.

    Basically, it's a quality freezer thermometer for a very reasonable price.

    Pros: Larger size easy to read numbers with convenient blue colors at the proper freezing zone. Cons: Don't really have any. I mean, basically it's just a thermometer that seems to do it's job.
