The front QR was missed but the seller send me a new one without cost. I think the issue here was the packaging some adicional protection was need it. But to be fair the treatment of UPS was very poor. The box was considered lightweight for that kind of treatment. Was a lot more budget friendly than any other seller. The quality was very good and the parts were in brand new condition. Also, the charcoal gray and blue color is stunning. Would definitely recommend this bike to other buyers!
