    Item was listed as “new”, then after purchase I was told it was open box. The seller apologized for the error and offered a $15 credit with a free return option if any issues. While the original box was destroyed, the shipping box was well secured and padded. The pump works very well so far with no functional issues, but there was a significant chip in the paint finish. While the post-purchase status change was frustrating, the price, communication and quick delivery offset the issues.
