Most importantly, it charged up my dell xps 15 laptop and revived it from stasis. Shipping and packaging were good and overall I'd recommend if you're looking to replace your dell charger.

One had a dongle that would not connect and the other had cracks on the headsetband. Seller quickly send me 2 replacement 4320UC (one with a new dongle) that arrived quickly and both are working as advertised. The value on the cost for a used 4320 is worth it.
