    I made an offer for a size 13 shoe which I wear. I received an email saying a lower price was offered but I did not notice it was for an 11.5. When I looked at the paypal receipt I noticed it was for the wrong size shoe. This all happened on the same morning. I immediately emailed the seller about the mistake and asked him to cancel the sale and not ship the shoes to me. He did NOT reply to my email and then shipped the shoes 2 days later knowing the mistake and wrong size. Bad ebayer.
