    Nice tool

    I like this design better than the hinged version. This one seems stronger and easier to control. I can see the need for the 180 degree hinge too. But for my use, this is fine. Well built, Not too much deadband, Not a lot of relief on the 12 point end so it grips old bolts pretty good. Metal seems strong although I wouldn't expect to get a lot of torque or use a cheater bar on a stubby so maybe it really doesn't have to be overly strong.The cw ccw lever is easy to use with greasy hands. It is not rounded but is kind of sharp. The only issue I have is the backwards ratchetting is pretty stiff. I know once they wear in that will loosen up so it is not a problem. The profile is pretty thin so I like using mechanic's gloves to ease the pain. Overall I am happy to use these ...

    The wrenches appear to be of quality build, the ratcheting mechanism is smooth. It's too early to tell how they will hold up to daily use, but based on all my research you can't go wrong with Ikon tools.
